Christiana Care's Division of Thoracic Surgery is a high-volume center that provides world-class treatment for a wide range of malignant and non-malignant conditions affecting the:

The Division of Thoracic Surgery is part of the Christiana Care Helen F. Graham Cancer Center -which offers the region's most comprehensive treatment services for the most challenging cases. The Center brings together a multidisciplinary team of cancer specialists-surgeons, radiologists, medical oncologists, radiation oncologists, nurse care coordinators and clinical researchers, under one roof. These experts meet to plan the best course of treatment and discuss their recommendation with you in one visit.

As members of the Thoracic and Esophageal Cancer Multidisciplinary Center (MDC), our thoracic surgeons participate in the multi-modality treatment for patients with lung cancer, esophageal cancer, mesothelioma and other malignancies of the chest.
