Care Infusion Services is a complete, not-for-profit infusion pharmacy service
dedicated to providing comprehensive high-tech infusion therapies in a home setting
to adults and children of all ages.
We offer expert clinical pharmacy
and nursing services with a supportive technical and case management staff
to manage all reimbursement and infusion supplies.
We
are fully accredited by The Joint Commission.
Over 15 years of experience in the industry allows us to
anticipate the unique needs of each patient.
A
clinical team including a pharmacist, nurse and technician is assigned to each
patient; this helps ensure successful patient outcomes.
We are committed to providing community-based
care that meets our patients' individual needs.
We provide individual delivery services
on a scheduled basis, with emergency delivery services provided 24 hours
a day, 7 days week as needed.
We provide on-call nursing and
pharmacist services after hours and on weekends.
