of all ages, employing the latest diagnostic and therapeutic

Our expert team of medical faculty and residents,
attending physicians, nurse practitioners and other health care professionals
specializes in making you feel comfortable, confident, and reassured. Our
medical professionals also see patients at Planned Parenthood of Delaware, the
Henrietta Johnson Medical Center and the Westside Health Center.
Our nurse practitioners are advanced
practice registered nurses who have additional training and national
certification in the care of women throughout their life span. Nurse
practitioners focus on health maintenance and disease prevention. They
diagnosis and manage illnesses, either independently or as part of the health
care team. Their responsibilities include:
- Obstetrical and gynecological care for all ages
- Contraceptive counseling and management
- Diagnosis and treatment of sexually transmitted infections
- Peri-menopausal or menopausal care
- Patient education and counseling
- Screening and referral for health care needs
