Christiana Care Residency
Programs offer an excellent environment for the study of dentistry, with
interface among all medical departments. Our strengths are in our
teaching, which covers state-of-the-art techniques in the full scope of
dentistry, and in our vast and varied clinical exposure to patients.
Christiana Care is one of the nation's largest
teaching institutions and a major tertiary-care health system. We are a
regional referral center for Delaware and surrounding states, as well as a
major provider of primary medical and dental care for local residents.
As Delaware's only Level-I trauma center and a
regional leader in oncology and the treatment of cardiac disease,
Christiana Care offers general practice residents experience as "team
members" in treating the medically compromised, complex trauma patients
and implant dentistry.

Our General Practice
Dentistry Residency Program accepts eight applicants each year,
independent of the Postdoctoral Dental Matching
Program. |
