The Transitional
Year Residency, offered by Christiana Care Residency Programs, offers maximum
flexibility for residents to tailor the program to their
individual career needs. Residents are afforded an outstanding
educational opportunity, in a friendly, supportive atmosphere. After completing their
Transitional Year, residents have pursued training
in a variety of fields, including ophthalmology, anesthesiology,
radiation oncology, emergency medicine, radiology, and physical medicine and
rehabilitation.
