Class Refund Policy - A full refund or Preventive Medicine & Rehabilitation Institute credit will only be given if class registration is canceled at least five days prior to the class start date. No refunds or credits will be given once a class has begun, unless the registrant is unable to attend due to a medical reason. In this case, refund requests must be received prior to the final class session and must be accompanied by a physician's note stating the reason the participant cannot attend the class. A prorated credit/refund, less a $10 processing fee, will then be issued.
