ACT 2009/2010 Resources

We are constantly revising and updating our ACT course materials. The new course resources here have been updated for 2009/2010 and grouped in folders for easy access. 

The ACT Agenda, ACT Evaluations, and ACT Teamwork folders offer a format for each of the weekly sessions with topics for didactics and teamwork, as well as between session assignments. The ACT Course Summary at-a glance serves as a course syllabus for quick viewing of the course content. The ACT PDCA documents are used each week by the teams to record their performance improvement project progress.
