Community Health Mentor Training

The Christiana Care Center for Community Health offers periodic, free training for representatives of community centers and religious organizations who would like to learn how to design and administrate healthy-lifestyle programs for their organizations. These training sessions are an opportunity to learn about nutrition, exercise and health advocacy.

Participants receive a health-mentor tool kit that includes a video about healthy shopping and cooking, a recipe book, food and fitness journals, weekly meal planners and more.
