Evaluation & Feedback

Evaluation and feedback is an important component of the learning process. Our goal is to help you become a better physician.

As an intern at Christiana Care, you will receive regular feedback from your supervising residents, attendings and program director. The feedback occurs informally on a daily basis and more formally on a monthly basis from your upper-year residents and attendings.

All residents meet with the program director or associate program director twice a year for a review of performance over the previous six months and for formal feedback. Additionally, we'll provide you with training to provide effective feedback so that you can help your medical students.
