Labor Basics: Design Your Own Series (Ongoing)

Want to mix and match our Parent Education classes to fit your needs? Start with this Labor Basics class, and then add additional classes as desired.

Labor Basics includes how to recongnize labor, techniques for pain control and birthing videos. It does not include a tour of Labor & Delivery.

Cost for the class is $60 per couple.

After you take the Labor Basics class, you may also want to take any of the following classes: Relaxation & Breathing, Surviving Postpartum, Newborn Steps, Breastfeeding and Infant CPR for Family & Friends. You must register for each of these classes separately.
