Request Christiana Care Participation in Your Health Fair

Christiana Care Health System participates in local health fairs as part of our commitment to the community to educate the public on health-related topics. We offer free materials on various health-related topics and a variety of screenings. To request that Christiana Care attend your organization's health fair, please fill out the form below. Indicate any health care topics or screenings you are interested in featuring at your event. All requests must be submitted at least six weeks prior to the event. After you have submitted the form, a Community Relations representative will contact you within five business days about your request.
