If you have a passion for providing superior customer service, are friendly and outgoing, we have opportunities for you.

The Volunteer Program at ChristianaCare offers a variety of ways for individuals to make a difference through community service. We strive to provide a valuable experience for everyone. Our volunteers are a vital resource, bringing valuable talent and perspective, and a shared sense of commitment that benefits our patients. As a volunteer, you will have the opportunity to enrich the lives of our patients, families, and neighbors. Volunteers bring a vast wealth of knowledge and life experience. Some volunteers work directly with patients and families, while others prefer to work in a variety of interesting and challenging settings that do not involve direct patient contact.

There are many ways and places to volunteer at ChristianaCare. As a teenager, you may consider our Summer Volunteen Program that runs in the summer only. As a college student, you can learn more about volunteering by visiting our College Volunteer Program. And if you are 18 years or older, please visit the Adult Volunteer Program to learn more about how you can help.

Learn more about our volunteer opportunities by looking at our volunteer directory When you meet with a volunteer coordinator, you will have the opportunity to discuss which options may be the best fit for you. Opportunities are available Monday – Friday, between 8:00a and 10:00p and some weekend shifts. For additional information about our programs and to apply, please view the specific program posted above.
