Caregiver Mail Order Pharmacy
Important: ChristianaCare Mail Order Pharmacy is transitioning to a new service system. If you use ChristianaCare Mail Order Pharmacy, call 302-320-6760 between 8:30 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. Monday-Friday to update your credit card information. Alternatively, you may fax the information to us at 302-623-0399 using this form.
ChristianaCare’s caregiver/employee prescription drug plan uses ChristianaCare’s Mail Order Pharmacy or Optum Home Delivery to fill all 90-day maintenance medications for covered employees, retirees and dependents. If a caregiver/eligible dependent(s) live(s) in Delaware, Maryland, Pennsylvania or New Jersey, they will be required to use ChristianaCare’s Mail Order Pharmacy. If a caregiver /eligible dependent(s) live(s) in a state not mentioned above, they will be required to use Optum Home Delivery for all maintenance medications. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for prescriptions to arrive in the mail.

Specialty Pharmacy
The ChristianaCare Specialty Pharmacy helps patients who have complex medication regimens that require close monitoring. These specialty medications are often associated with diseases such as cancer, HIV and hemophilia, among others.
